Soundcloud DJ was a competition we ran to coincided with the release of our Soundcloud DJ t-shirt which is now sold out.

The objective of the project was to provide underground DJ’s with the digital marketing/ branding of a record label.

A lot of our customers come from the underground rave community so we saw this as an opportunity to give back.

The competition winner would receive a full marketing package as would any artist under a large record label.

Many underground artists assume there marketing cannot compete with a large record label. But with a bit of guerrilla creativity anything can be achieved

The DJ who won the competition is .exe who is an underground DnB & UKG DJ located in Florida US.

We created him a full marketing package all formatted and sized for all social media platforms

This included,

3D Logo static
3D Logo Rotating
Custom Visuals to project on the screens when he’s performing
Custom Soundcloud Banner
Custom banner and posts for all social media platforms

This video shows the entire process of making the logo all the way through to projection it for a performance.

This project was to prove that you do not need a large label marketing budget to compete when it comes to design, you just need a little bit of creativity.
